These are the standards Trauma Clean Pros holds on every Hoarding Cleanup call in Evanston, from first assessment to final cleanup.
Certification and insurance travel with every Evanston technician on every Hoarding Cleanup job, no exceptions.
Our Evanston dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant regional hub.
Pricing is locked in before the first item is moved.
Every Evanston crew is equipped to identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings safely.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and underlying issues vary property to property.
We work through hoarded properties in stages, giving clients a say in what stays and what goes.
Any biohazard material uncovered during the sort gets flagged and handled under the same certified protocols as any other biohazard call.
Mold growth hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term hoarding situations and gets flagged for remediation as it's uncovered.
Rodent or insect activity found during a cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner alongside the sort.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass to address any biological contamination uncovered.
We handle logistics for donation and disposal so the family isn't left managing hauling separately.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks a few questions about the property and timeline before scheduling an assessment.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Evanston property to assess the situation in person before any work begins.
After the walkthrough, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote and a proposed timeline before any sorting begins.
Work is completed in phases with client input throughout, closing with a final walkthrough and sanitization confirmation.

A single room may take a day, while whole-property jobs often run two to five days depending on volume and findings.
Every project gets a flat-rate quote after an on-site walkthrough, and that number doesn't change once we start.
We work at the client's pace and involve them directly in what stays, what's donated, and what's disposed of.
We're comfortable working alongside a case manager or family coordinator when one is involved in the process.
We flag it immediately and coordinate remediation or pest control as part of the overall project timeline.
Disposal and donation logistics are part of the standard Hoarding Cleanup scope, not an extra step you have to arrange.
